Membership Cancellation Policy
MEMBER REFUND POLICY – Annual Subscriptions
We offer a 100%, no questions asked money back guarantee for the first month of any subscription, subject to your members pack being returned & received by us.
If your member's pack has not yet been sent, then we will provide a full refund immediately upon your request.
If your member's pack has been sent to your nominated address, then this pack must be returned to Fishing Addiction HQ in original condition at the customer's cost within 30 days of the purchase or renewal date

Simply contact us at admin@fishingaddiction.com.au or call us on 0478 371 000 and we will cancel your subscription and refund the price you paid.
This refund can only be used once per customer. Future subscriptions do not qualify for a refund except where required by law.
All refund requests that meet the above criteria will be actioned immediately and paid within 3 working days. Please note: Stripe refunds can take up to 5 working days to process before reaching your bank account.
Beyond this first month, we do not offer refunds (or partial refunds). Subscribers can cancel their subscription at any time, in their members' portal, in which case their annual subscription will not roll over into a subsequent year and they will not be charged again. Please note, cancellation must be made prior to renewal date.
In the unlikely case of a faulty product, we are happy to provide customers a replacement free of charge.
The faulty product will need to be returned to Fishing Addiction HQ, at our cost, within the 12-month warranty period. Faulty products will be refunded at the discretion of Mark Berg’s Fishing Addiction. Please note, general wear and tear does not deem a product faulty.
PACK DELIVERY
Regarding delivery issues, in cases where either a) the member's pack is lost in transit or b) it is delivered to an incorrect address, a replacement member's pack may be issued. Please note that this situation does not qualify for a refund.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that their address on file is accurate at the time of purchase and/ or membership renewal. Customers can update their details online by logging into their members portal, by calling our office 0478 371 000, or by sending an email to admin@fishingaddiction.com.au
If the postal address is incorrect due to customer error, a replacement member's pack will be at the discretion of Mark Berg’s Fishing Addiction.
